Summary
Your primary role will involve participating in the design and delivery of airline-related Information Systems. You would be required to support with the design and development of existing and new solutions for the airline.

- Elicit business requirements
- Identify and recommend new systems and enhancements, participate in Business Process Improvement & Re-engineering initiatives
- Research on available information systems solutions in the market and industry's best practices
- Propose and define the functional requirements
- Work closely with Technical Analyst and Developers to develop a technical solution
- Collaborate with Scoot Developers or third-party partners deliver solutions
- Prepare project documentation and manage the delivery of solution
- Facilitate user acceptance tests, user training, pre- and post-implementation activities
- Provide regular progress and status updates to project stakeholders
- Measure and report Return of Investment (ROI)
- Provide support for information systems
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in IT, at least 2-3 years of BA work
- Diploma or University Degree holder
- Possess systems analysis and solution design skills
- Familiar with JIRA or equivalent project management tools
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or tasks
- Independent, resourceful, analytical, and able to solve problems effectively
- A good team player who takes initiative
- Good communication skills
- Strong in written documentation
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of applications development lifecycle
- Knowledge of Agile software development
- Knowledge of the latest trends in IT
- Knowledge of Cloud Architecture
