Job Description

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories.

  • Lead stakeholder workshops, process mapping sessions, and gap analysis activities.

  • Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure shared understanding and delivery success.

  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and operational standards.

  • Assist with go-live activities, change management, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience within the insurance domain.

  • Strong understanding of the insurance policy lifecycle, claims management, and billing processes.

  • Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation capabilities.

  • Hands-on experience with Insurance Policy Administration Systems (PAS).

  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of APIs and digital platform architectures.

  • Familiarity with MAS regulations and compliance requirements.
