Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
Lead stakeholder workshops, process mapping sessions, and gap analysis activities.
Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure shared understanding and delivery success.
Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and operational standards.
Assist with go-live activities, change management, and post-implementation support.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience within the insurance domain.
Strong understanding of the insurance policy lifecycle, claims management, and billing processes.
Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation capabilities.
Hands-on experience with Insurance Policy Administration Systems (PAS).
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of APIs and digital platform architectures.
Familiarity with MAS regulations and compliance requirements.
