Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our infrastructure operations team. You'll work closely with our highly technical teams to define, refine, and improve the processes that underpin our service delivery. This position is ideal for someone who excels at understanding business needs, driving process efficiency, and managing projects from a strategic perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: You'll work with our technical experts to map out current processes and find opportunities to make them better and more efficient.
- Project Management: You'll help manage internal projects from start to finish, making sure everyone is on the same page and that projects stay on track.
- Clear Documentation: You'll assist to create and maintain clear documents for new processes and projects, ensuring that all teams have the information they need to succeed.
- Performance Analysis: You'll analyze data to understand how our services are performing and use those insights to suggest improvements.
Skills & Competencies
- Core Skills: You should be great at understanding business needs and turning them into practical project plans and better processes.
- Problem-Solving: You're a natural at figuring out tough problems and finding smart solutions.
- Communication: You can explain complex ideas clearly, both in writing and in meetings, to different groups of people.
- Tools: You're comfortable using tools like Microsoft Teams - Lists and Planner for project and document management.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3 years as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, ideally in an IT environment
