IT Business Analyst (Core Banking / T24)

Work Arrangement: A leading global private bank.
We're seeking a senior IT Business Engineer (10+ yrs) experienced in Client Advice, Account Statements, and Trade Lifecycle within Core / Private Banking. Strong exposure to Temenos Transact (T24) is highly preferred.
Candidates with immediate availability will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and enhancement for core banking systems.
- Work with business users, IT, and vendors on development, testing, migration, and release.
- Design scalable solutions minimizing operational/delivery risks.
- Manage end-to-end delivery aligned with regulatory and enterprise standards.
- Document data mapping, migration plans, reporting logic, and user guides.
- Track project progress, maintain change logs, and report to delivery leads.
- Drive Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with stakeholders to remove ambiguity in requirements and impact analysis.
Requirements
- 8-15 years of IT Business Analysis / System Engineering in Core / Private Banking.
- Proven work in Client Advice, Account & Asset Statements, Trade Lifecycle for products such as Derivatives, Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions.
- Experience with Temenos Transact (T24) modules (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY etc.) preferred.
- Hands-on in SDLC, Agile (Scrum / Kanban), and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
