Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for audits, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate and current records, policies, procedures, and controls across all compliance frameworks
- Collect and organize audit artifacts, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Serve as a link between internal teams and auditors, facilitating smooth communication and timely responses
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in process governance and audit readiness
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and operations
- Familiarity with audit frameworks: ISO 20000, ISO 27001, BCMS, SOC 2
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of compliance and risk management principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in networking or network operations
- Certifications in ITIL, ISO, or audit-related disciplines are a plus
