This job leads IT governance, audit, and risk management within a regulated financial institution in Singapore.
About the role:
- Act as Line 1.5 governance, embedding internal controls, risk testing, and pre audit assurance activities.
- Lead IT audit lifecycle including MAS inspections, RFI responses, fieldwork coordination, and remediation closure activities.
- Manage IT risk frameworks including KRI reporting, exceptions handling, cyber hygiene compliance, and breach reporting.
- Collaborate across governance pillars including application, security, infrastructure, vendor, and operations governance functions teams.
- Drive GRC automation initiatives, dashboards, and data analytics to enhance visibility, reporting, and decision making.
About the person:
- Proven experience leading IT governance teams with at least three specialists in prior roles successfully.
- Strong experience engaging MAS, handling inspections, RFIs, and regulatory submissions within financial institutions environments.
- Deep expertise in technology risk, KRIs, IT exceptions, cyber hygiene, and regulatory compliance frameworks implementation.
- Hands on experience managing audits, RCSA testing, remediation actions, and stakeholder coordination across three lines.
- Certified in CISA, CISSP, or CRISC with strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem solving skills.
