IT Associate Engineer ( Automation / Quality)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for system troubleshooting and recovery.
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts or issues.
• Follow SOPs to perform routine system checks.
• Update daily operation reports.
• Support simple automation and operational tasks.
• Ensure proper handover during shift changes.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, ITE, or Polytechnic Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems exposure to SQL or Power BI is a plus.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Able to follow procedures and work in a team.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome training will be provided.
