We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT systems. This role ensures reliable, secure service delivery by managing teams, vendors, and SLAs while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 5+ (L1/L2 support), fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee daily IT operations, maintenance, and compliance with security standards
- Manage maintenance schedules, change requests, incidents, and service requests
- Track IT assets and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting
- Manage vendors and subcontractors, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations
- Monitor SLAs and implement service improvements
- Manage budgets and control operational costs
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in IT Operations & Maintenance
- Strong knowledge of IT service management and ITIL practices
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
