Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 5+ (L1/L2 support), fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee daily IT operations, maintenance, and compliance with security standards
- Manage maintenance schedules, change requests, incidents, and service requests
- Track IT assets and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting
- Manage vendors and subcontractors, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations
- Monitor SLAs and implement service improvements
- Manage budgets and control operational costs
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in IT Operations & Maintenance
- Strong knowledge of IT service management and ITIL practices
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
