About the role
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on and solutions-driven IT (Assistant) Manager to support and strengthen ICT operations and drive The Lodge's digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
ICT Operations & Infrastructure
- Support or oversee ICT operations including infrastructure, applications, networks, cybersecurity, end-user support and vendor coordination.
- Ensure high system availability, performance, resilience and proper asset/lifecycle management.
- Supportand strengthen cybersecurity measures, PDPA compliance, disaster recovery and business continuity readiness.
Digitalization & Projects
- Drive and support the implementation of the Lodge's Digitalization Strategic Plan (DSP).
- Assist in managing ICT and digitalization projects, including requirements gathering, vendor management, testing and rollout.
- Review and streamline workflows, processes and data structures to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Data & Reporting
- Provide timely ICT performance reports, usage trends and data-driven insights to support management decisions.
Governance & Grants
- Support ICT governance documentation, audit requirements and compliance standards.
- Assist with identifying and applying for relevant technology grants.
Team & Vendor Collaboration
- Guide junior ICT staff and coordinate with vendors to uphold service standards and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of ICT experience, including experience in infrastructure, applications or cybersecurity and readiness to take on broader responsibilities.
- Hands-on, resourceful and able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of PDPA, cybersecurity practices and ICT governance.
- Experience in IT projects or digitalization initiatives is an advantage
