IT Assistant Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of operations
• Perform monthly maintenance for hardwares on site
• On rotational 24/7 standby to attend site issues during weekdays after office hours & weekends (Sat, Sun & PH)
• Responding to client phone calls, emails, messages promptly
• Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues on site
• Install, configure and maintain hardwares devices and softwares applications
• Maintaining good client relations
• Track and manage faults reports
• Support project team during new project depolyment
• Communicating with clients to ensure that services are delivered effectively
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback to management

Job Qualifications:

• Nitec, Higher Niec, Diploma in IT or any related technical discipline
• Experience in Windows & Linux Operating System
• Experience hands on with Raspberry PI and UP board hardwares added advantage
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Able to work independently
