We are seeking an IT Applications Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of application-related projects. The role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful deployment of business-critical applications within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of application development, enhancement, and integration projects.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with business users, developers, vendors, and QA teams to ensure alignment.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards, compliance, and quality guidelines.
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversee successful application deployment and post-go-live support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in application development or implementation.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, system integration, and SDLC processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
