About Company

Kinexcs is an AI-driven digital health platform and wearables company with a mission to enable and empower people for mobility and a better quality of life. It is focused on reducing the burden of musculoskeletal conditions, which affects about 25% of the world's population. KIMIA Recover was the first product of Kinexcs launched in the market, a continuous monitoring device for the knee joint, which has obtained FDA Approval, CE marking, and HSA approval. Key customers include large implant companies, hospitals, healthcare and wellness groups. The product is a winner of the Johnson and Johnson Quickfire Challenge Award, James Dyson National Award Singapore, and CHI Innomatch grant supported by the Temasek Foundation. The digital product, KIMIA Assess, uses artificial intelligence technology for digital MSK assessment and therapy. This platform is capable of providing pre-consultation assessments and real-time exercise guidance and feedback to musculoskeletal patients and is being adopted by some of the largest private healthcare providers in the region.

We are looking for a contract-based consultant who will be providing the following technical guidance and support.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time IT & Admin Staff to provide basic IT support and administrative assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Roles and responsibilities

IT Support:

  • Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, emails, and access rights.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure software licenses are up to date.
  • Assist with website updates or CMS management (basic level).
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers when needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain digital filing systems and organize company records.
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
  • Handle data entry, document formatting, and general office support.
  • Assist in procurement and vendor communication for office supplies or IT tools.
  • Help with onboarding/offboarding procedures including equipment setup/collection.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an IT support or administrative role (internships count).
  • Familiarity with Windows, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and basic networking.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Degree/Diploma in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer).
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping software or project management tools (e.g.Monday.com).
