Responsibilities:
Provide IT & helpdesk support for hardware & software, computer installation& setup, Email setup & support for computer or mobile device, basic printer setup & support(MS Office, mobile devices, etc.).
Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT Hardware and Applications in a timely manner. Escalate issues and involve experts whenever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Maintain IT asset and software licensing inventory and IT knowledge base. Manage network infrastructure, ensuring smooth connectivity and security across locations
Assist in IT internal project(s) / maintenance.
Complete related administrative paperwork and reports as necessary.
Support business applications, overseeing email and internal systems to maximize efficiency
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
Diploma in IT or related discipline. Preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent
3- 5 years relevant experience in IT and helpdesk field
Good experience with hands-on user support, familiar with general desktop software e.g. MS Office,Windows, Networking
Experience with Microsoft 365 products support such as Teams,OneDrive, SharePoint
Organize and independently priorities work and logically develop work plans Self-motivation and team player with good attention to details
Fluency in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
