IT Administrator (IT support / server room equipment)

Job Description:

• Troubleshooting and response to IT enquiries from employees.

• Educate and prompt IT security learning for employees.

• Manage and do maintenance IT assets, such like server room, PC, switches, routers, phones and applications.

• Control and manage IT vender's work.

• Lead improvement of business process through installing system tools.

• PC or any IT assets purchase, setup and disposal.

• Processing IT-related invoice, including verification and coordination with finance team for timely payment.

• Support IT manager's job which is supporting IT matters for other subsidiaries which located in APAC area.

• Such other duties as the Company may assign or vest in you from time to time.

Job Specification:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years working experience in related IT company. Proven IT support experience is desirable.

• Knowledge and experience in kitting the Windows PC.

• Able to manage IT network equipment in server room.

• Good teamwork and possess positive attitudes

• Mindset to improve our business using IT technology
