• Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, manuals, and policies.
• User Account Management: Creating and managing user accounts, access rights, and security settings.
• Software Management: Managing software licenses, updates, and installations.
• Hardware Management: Maintaining and upgrading hardware components.
• Working with vendors to resolve technical issues and manage IT resources.
