Job Description

Responsibilities


1. IT Helpdesk and Technical Support

  • Provide first-level helpdesk support to staff for issues related to computers, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues escalate unresolved matters to the appointed IT vendor.
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, peripherals, and required software, including access rights and security levels.
  • Administer user accounts (e.g., email, Windows, Slack, etc)
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including computers, laptops, servers, UPS, and peripherals, along with purchase and warranty records.
  • Provide basic user guidance and updates on software applications where necessary.
  • Participate in IT Committee monthly meetings.
  • Update the Reporting Officer on technical issues, system status, and ongoing IT matters.


2. Administrative and Operational Support

  • Printing of weekly Sunday Service bulletin.
  • Manage procurement, ordering, and replenishment of office equipment, stationery and supplies.
  • Maintain inventory and tagging systems for office assets, including master keys and furniture.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for staff, including issuance/return of IT equipment, access cards, keys, and system accounts.
  • Support budgeting processes by consolidating annual CAPEX proposals and sourcing vendors within approved budgets.
  • Propose and manage supplementary budget requirements for office, IT, and audio-visual equipment.

3. Otherduties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, or office administration.
  • Basic technical knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, computer hardware setup, troubleshooting, and user account administration.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including inventory management, procurement coordination, and vendor liaison.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independent.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is advantage.
