Responsibilities
1. IT Helpdesk and Technical Support
- Provide first-level helpdesk support to staff for issues related to computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues escalate unresolved matters to the appointed IT vendor.
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, peripherals, and required software, including access rights and security levels.
- Administer user accounts (e.g., email, Windows, Slack, etc)
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including computers, laptops, servers, UPS, and peripherals, along with purchase and warranty records.
- Provide basic user guidance and updates on software applications where necessary.
- Participate in IT Committee monthly meetings.
- Update the Reporting Officer on technical issues, system status, and ongoing IT matters.
2. Administrative and Operational Support
- Printing of weekly Sunday Service bulletin.
- Manage procurement, ordering, and replenishment of office equipment, stationery and supplies.
- Maintain inventory and tagging systems for office assets, including master keys and furniture.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for staff, including issuance/return of IT equipment, access cards, keys, and system accounts.
- Support budgeting processes by consolidating annual CAPEX proposals and sourcing vendors within approved budgets.
- Propose and manage supplementary budget requirements for office, IT, and audio-visual equipment.
3. Otherduties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, or office administration.
- Basic technical knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, computer hardware setup, troubleshooting, and user account administration.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including inventory management, procurement coordination, and vendor liaison.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independent.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is advantage.
