We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic IT Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in IT sales or account management and a passion for helping businesses achieve their technology goals. In this role, you will manage existing client accounts while actively developing new business opportunities. You will represent a portfolio of enterprise IT solutions and work closely with internal engineers to deliver customised infrastructure and system integration services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
 - Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
 - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand service adoption.
 - Present and position solutions such as servers, networking, virtualisation, and cybersecurity systems to meet client needs.
 - Work collaboratively with engineers to develop tailored proposals and deliver end-to-end IT solutions.
 - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
 - Support sales forecasts, client reports, and documentation related to ongoing projects.
 
Requirements and skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
 - 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
 - Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, system integration, and enterprise solutions.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
 - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
