Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain ISO Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), including audits, documentation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external auditors, safety teams, and consultants to ensure compliance with certifications and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and site patrols to uphold quality and safety standards.
- Support project teams through construction studies, quality control reviews, and compliance with codes of practice.
- Handle BCA license registration/renewals and maintain company standards, codes, and profiles.
- Organize and monitor staff training for safety, BCA certifications, and core trade requirements.
- Maintain customer and vendor listings in line with QMS.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on ISO, QC, and training matters.
- Oversee calibration, safekeeping, and issuance of measuring/testing instruments.
- Provide administrative and ad hoc support to management and project teams.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the main contractor or M&E environment.
- Possess at least ISO 9001 lead Auditor Course Certificate, ISO 14001 and 45001 certificate or ISO Integrated Certificate
