Requirements & Qualifications

The role focuses on developing AI-assisted workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on project experience in Microsoft 365 integration, low-code development, and AI-assisted workflow automation is required.
AI-related training or certification is preferred.

A. Educational Qualification & Experience

Education: [e.g., Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent field]

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in ICT procurement, vendor management, or public sector procurement processes.

B. Technical & Professional Competencies

Essential (Must-Have)

Practical knowledge of ICT procurement workflows, tender documentation, and contract lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with project tracking tools and reporting systems.

Preferred (Advantageous)

Familiarity with government procurement frameworks or public sector statutory guidelines.
Experience utilizing business applications such as Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, or Excel Power Query for data tracking and supplier management.

C. Soft Skills & Communication Attributes

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex procurement requirements to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Ability to work effectively both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team player.
