Iron Ore Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

As a member of the iron ore trading team at Winning Resources Trading (S) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Winning International Group, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in iron ore trading, ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, documentation, and coordination across teams.

1. Follow up on routine processes such as contracts, orders, payments, and documentation, ensuring accuracy of information
2. Organize and maintain various business data, records, and spreadsheets to support report preparation and system entry
3. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external departments to facilitate contract execution
4. Assist with meeting arrangements, guest reception, document compilation, and file archiving
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, Finance, or related fields
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in iron ore contract execution and documentation handling
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to read both English and Chinese documents (as the case may require for communication with Chinese counterparts)
4. Strong communication and coordination skills
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with a strong sense of service and team spirit.
