About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Investor Sales Manager to support the growth of our private credit platform. The primary focus of this role is to build and manage relationships with financial advisers, distributors, platforms, accredited investors, and family offices to drive fundraising and expand assets under management.
This role also supports broader business functions, including investor onboarding, reporting and marketing materials preparation within a growing fund management company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Distribution & Fundraising
- Able to support fundraising across financial advisers, distributors, external asset managers (EAMs), platforms, family offices, and accredited investors
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with distribution partners and investors
- Able to identify and onboard new distribution channels and strategic partners across Singapore and the region
- Able to conduct investor presentations, product training, and client meetings
- Able to work closely with senior management to drive fundraising initiatives and business growth
- Support platform onboarding and due diligence processes
2. Investor Coverage & Relationship Management
- Able to support coverage of Accredited Investors (AI) and Family Offices
- Able to manage investor meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
- Able to assist with investor onboarding and subscription processes with Fund Admin and Compliance
- You need to maintain ongoing investor communications and relationships
3. Marketing, Product & Reporting
- Preparation and updating of fund decks, factsheets, and marketing materials
- You need to respond to investor due diligence requests and questionnaires
- Track fundraising pipeline and distribution performance
- Able to prepare internal reports, business updates, and management presentations
4. Strategy & Platform Development
- Support development of new distribution partnerships and strategic initiatives
- Able to assist in product positioning and market strategy for private credit offerings
- Able to coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, fund admin, compliance)
- You need to organise and support investor events, roadshows, and client engagement initiatives
5. Governance & Operations
- You need to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Able to work with compliance and operations teams to support investor onboarding and due diligence
- Able to assist in company-wide reporting and strategic projects where required
Requirements
- You must have 3-5 years of experience in asset management, private banking, wealth management, or fund distribution
- You must have experience covering financial advisers, distributors, family offices, and accredited investors
- You must have experience in alternative investments or private markets preferred
- You must have strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
