Job Description

• Support ongoing communications with investors and external stakeholders
• Track investor interactions, enquiries, and engagement activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records and databases
• Prepare investor-facing materials including presentations, updates, and reports
• Coordinate logistics and materials for investor meetings and events
• Analyse market developments and portfolio performance data
• Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent and aligned messaging

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, communications, or a related discipline
• 5 -10 years of experience within PE, VC, Investment Banking in a front facing client services and relations role
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment fundamentals
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a structured manner
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion
