They are looking for a dedicated Investor Relations professional to play a pivotal role in the continued build-out of their IR function in Singapore.
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Head of Investor Relations, this role offers exceptional exposure to capital markets, institutional investor engagement, and strategic financial communications. You will be at the forefront of a niche asset class, managing the narrative for a portfolio that serves the backbone of the global digital economy.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Materials: Lead the preparation of high-impact investor materials, including quarterly results presentations, media releases, circulars, and annual reports.
- Market Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for the investment community, assisting in managing communications and responding to queries from buy-side investors and sell-side analysts.
- Earnings Cycle Management: Support the end-to-end earnings process, ensuring seamless coordination of announcements and results briefings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all communications adhere strictly to SGX listing rules and prevailing disclosure requirements.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Finance, Portfolio Management, and Senior Leadership to ensure a unified and accurate corporate message.
- ESG Integration: Support the firm's ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives, a critical focus for their institutional shareholder base.
- Intelligence & Feedback: Monitor peer performance and market sentiment, providing actionable feedback to Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 57 years of experience in Investor Relations, ideally within an S-REIT or a listed real estate platform.
- Sector Flexibility: Candidates from other listed entities with strong capital markets exposure and a desire to pivot into digital infrastructure will be considered.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SGX listing rules and a strong grasp of REIT-specific financial metrics (DPU, NAV, Gearing).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders.
- ESG Savvy: Prior exposure to, or a keen interest in, ESG and sustainability reporting is highly advantageous.
