[Position Overview]
We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations (IR) professional who will lead successful fundraising initiatives and IPO readiness, while managing effective communication with existing investors and capital markets.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Investor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, shareholders, and financial analysts
- IR Strategy: Develop and execute IR strategies aligned with the company's overall business and financial objectives
- Fundraising Leadership: Lead and support equity and debt financing activities, including private placements and Series funding rounds
- IPO Readiness & Execution: Oversee IPO preparation, including investor presentations, prospectus materials, roadshow coordination, and establishment of IR infrastructure and disclosure protocols
- IR Materials Management: Prepare and manage quarterly/annual earnings materials, financial models, valuation analyses, and investor Q&A
- Executive & Board Support: Develop board-level materials including business updates, investor insights, and peer benchmarking; support annual business planning
- Strategic & Financial Support: Support investor due diligence processes, evaluate potential M&A opportunities, and assist in financial reporting preparation
[Qualifications]
- Language: Fluency in both Korean and English (strong written and verbal communication skills required)
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant IR experience preferred, with strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and capital markets
- Core Experience: Proven experience in leading or supporting fundraising and investor communications
- Reporting Skills: Experience preparing high-quality materials for senior management and board-level stakeholders
- Competencies: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Hands-on experience in IPO preparation and execution, including cross-functional collaboration
- Experience or strong understanding of the e-commerce logistics industry
