Pine Capital Management is a Singapore-based asset management firm specialising in multi-asset strategies, private markets, and Singapore VCC fund structures. The company is expanding the investor network and fund distribution capabilities. We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations/ Business Development to drive capital raising and build long-term relationships across HNWIs, family offices, and institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising
Lead and support fundraising efforts across all Pine-managed funds.
Source and engage new investors: HNWIs, family offices, wealth managers, and institutional allocators.
Develop and execute fundraising pipelines, outreach strategies, and investor engagement plans.
Prepare fundraising materials, pitch decks, and communication packages for prospective investors.
Manage investor events and one-on-one presentations.
Track investor interest, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
2. Networking & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key investor networks and intermediaries.
Identify new channels of capital introduction (private banks, multi-family offices, consultants).
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
Actively build the firm's brand presence and commitment to investor partnerships.
3. Investor Relationship Management
Serve as a key point of contact for existing investors, ensuring strong engagement and retention.
Provide timely performance updates, commentary, and insights in coordination with the investment team.
Maintain regular touchpoints and prepare personalised investor communication when needed.
4. Marketing & Communications
Develop investor-facing materials: factsheets, newsletters, briefing notes, and IR presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with fund strategy.
Enhance Pine's visibility through digital engagement, events, and strategic communications.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, private banking, distribution, or asset management sales.
Korean language skills would be an advantage.
Proven track record of engaging HNWIs, family offices, or institutional investors.
Strong understanding of investment products private markets or VCC experience is a strong plus.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong communication and presentation capability.
Commercial mindset with the ability to drive fundraising outcomes.
Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM tools, and investor communication platforms.
Existing relationships within private banks, family offices, or the wealth management ecosystem.
Confident, proactive, and comfortable interacting with senior investors.
