Job Summary
The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for the development and continuance of communication between a company, its investors and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing relations with the investment and media communities including shareholders, analysts, investors, media and other stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate the strategic direction and financial performance of the company to investors and the investment community
- Assist in organising conferences, meetings and site visits.
- Regular update of presentations, news releases and other corporate communication material.
- Manage corporate website, affiliate websites and corporate social media accounts.
- Assist in the development of Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports.
- Assist in other ad-hoc CorpComs/ IR matters as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in relevant field such as Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration/ Business/ Management, Finance, Accountancy or others.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Investor Relations for listed companies or REITs.
- Relevant experience in public relations, communications, IR, financial PR is essential
- Some financial analysis background, able to understand and analyse financial statements.
- Relevant experience in collaboration with owned, earned and paid media, and related consultants and agencies will be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, interpersonal and organisation skills.
- High level of self-motivation and able to work independently.
- Fast worker and able to multitask.
