As the Investor Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our current and prospective investors. Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, providing timely and transparent communication regarding fund performance, market trends, and other relevant updates.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies to enhance investor confidence and support the overall business objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed reports on fund performance, financial results, and key performance indicators to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Proven experience in investor relations within the real estate investment, developers or financial services industry.
- Experience in the listed platform
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
