Aquilius Investment Partners is seeking a dynamic, analytical, and dedicated full-time Analyst / Associate to join our Investor Relations team. The role will report directly to the Head of Investor Relations and play an active part in driving AIP's fundraising and business development efforts, while supporting investor relations across our secondaries platform, which manages over $2 billion in assets under management.
Detailed Job Description
- Support fundraising and investor due diligence processes by preparing and updating investor questionnaires, due diligence materials, and reporting templates.
- Create and maintain impactful presentation materials for investor meetings, firm events and due diligence sessions.
- Assist with the production of quarterly investor letters and recurring reporting templates for AIP's investment vehicles, including coordinating with relevant teams to gather and analyze data.
- Support the planning and execution of the firm's annual investor conference, including the production of presentation materials and video content.
- Collaborate with senior management and various departments on ad hoc projects.
- Conduct market research, including industry and peer benchmarking, to gather relevant market data and update charts, presentations, and strategic insights.
What We Look For
- Minimum of one to two years of relevant experience in investor relations, asset management, private equity, or a related industry (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality materials for investors; advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with a proven track record of strong performance, business acumen and intellectual agility.
- Strong work ethic with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Commitment to operating with integrity, professionalism, and intellectual curiosity.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
