Role Overview

The Investment Management Trainee (IMT) programme is designed for individuals who aspire to build a career in investment advisory and wealth management.

Through structured training and mentorship, trainees will develop strong foundations in financial markets, portfolio construction, and client advisory.

Successful trainees will progress to become Investment Consultants / Wealth Managers managing their own client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

. Learn portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies

. Analyse global financial markets and investment trends

. Assist in designing investment solutions for clients

. Support senior advisers in portfolio reviews and client servicing

. Participate in client meetings and investment discussions

. Build relationships with new clients through networking and referrals

. Develop knowledge across investment funds, equities, fixed income, and structured solutions

. Stay updated on macroeconomic developments and market movements
