We are seeking an experienced and driven Relationship Manager to lead capital-raising efforts across Accredited Investors, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutions. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone with strong connections in the investment or real estate space and a passion for strategic fundraising

Job Description

  • Portfolio Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and institutional partners (e.g., developers, PEREs).
  • Client Servicing & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries, regular meetings, and portfolio performance updates, ensuring high-touch client service.
  • Marketing Coordination: Coordinate with relevant teams on fund marketing, investor materials, and funds structuring.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead or support fundraising efforts, networking events, roadshows, and investor meetings.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for new business, including cross-selling products and sourcing new capital partners.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Banking / Financial Services / Real Estate
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or client relations, especially in real estate, banking, and insurance industries, is highly preferred
  • Strong existing network within the real estate or investment community in Singapore is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or Mandarin is advantageous, but not mandatory

Remuneration

SGD 100K – 300K per annum (inclusive of commissions and bonuses, subject to performance)
