Investment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Prepare morning write-ups featuring 2-3 market ideas to support daily sales engagement.
• Coach and educate salespersons on structured products through group seminars or 1-on-1 sessions.
• Participate in joint appointments with sales teams to articulate market outlook and relevant investment ideasfor clients.
• Collaborate with the product and sales team to generate actionable investment content tailored to clientprofiles.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in investment advisory, salestrading, or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends, especially related to U.S. and Hong Kong equity markets.
• Good foundation for fundamental and technical analysis on the market.
• Solid grasp of derivative instruments, including options and structured products.
• Sharp analytical skills and the ability to filter and prioritize investment ideas.
• CFA designation (or current progress toward CFA) is preferred.
• Experience with Python or other coding tools is a plus, especially for investment screening or dataautomation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverseaudiences.
