We are looking for 5 highly motivated individuals to groom into our next generation of leadership positions. Offering up to $6,000 per month for the first 3 months of probation.
Job Scope:
. Expand business contacts and increase client base for company.
. Perform financial needs analysis and value add to client's objective.
. Implement strategies and sales processes to identify, target and acquire clients across various wealth spectrums.
. Front end sales related role with a focus on handling client's investment portfolios and updating on market movement.
. Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
. Attend investment talks monthly (Fully paid by company).
. Leadership training to identify talents to lead a team of trainees after 1 year of training.
. Organize and invite clients for investment events.
. Keeping abreast of current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
Remuneration Package & Benefits:
. Sign on bonus worth $5,000
. Fast track career progression.
. Fixed salary of $4,000 - $6,000 per month for the first 3 months probation period.
. Thereafter, remuneration based on basic + commissions. ($5,000 upwards)
. Career development training will be provided.
. Monthly investment trainings by Top Fund Houses.
Requirements:
. Full A Level Cert, Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in any field.
. Strong communication and time management skills.
. Research and presentation skills, especially in explaining market events.
. Ability to organise and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes
