Your Role

You will begin as an Investment Specialist and follow a structured pathway toward becoming a Portfolio Specialist.

You will:
. Build meaningful, long term client relationships
. Guide clients in managing and growing their investment portfolios
. Analyse risk reward opportunities across instruments such as bonds and derivatives
. Apply investment frameworks to strengthen communication and client trust
. Help clients structure CPF and cash portfolios aligned with their financial goals

You will be trained to think strategically, communicate confidently, and advise professionally.

Who We're Looking For

. Diploma or degree holders from any recognised institution
. Self motivated, disciplined, and results driven individuals
. Strong interpersonal skills with confidence to engage people
. Coachable, disciplined, and hungry for growth
. Interest in finance, business, or management
