We invest across the capital stackincluding senior and mezzanine loans, convertible bonds, and preferred equityand are looking for a driven Analyst / Senior Analyst to support deal execution and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and underwrite real estate private credit investments through in-depth research and financial modeling
- Support end-to-end transaction processes, including due diligence, structuring, documentation, and closing
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal approvals
- Assist in monitoring existing investments and analyzing performance, budgets, and capital plans
- Conduct market and asset-level research to support investment decisions
Requirements- Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field
- 13 years of experience in real estate investment, banking, or credit
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and research skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin as mandate includes China.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and a strong team player
- Willingness to travel as needed
