Investment Reporting Manager (Insurance) (1-year contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join a growing team supporting investment operations and reporting functions within a dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the launch of new IUL/IUE products by working closely with the Product team on implementation and reconciliation activities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and improve change management processes, including identifying discrepancies in balances and journal entries

• Perform end-to-end reconciliation of cash balances to address audit findings within stipulated timelines

• Assist in Investment Operations activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), post-implementation checks, and preparation of accounting journal entries

• Handle BAU operations including monthly and quarterly review, reconciliation, and posting of ILP-related entries

• Prepare investment reports for Group reporting requirements as assigned

• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory guidelines

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, controls, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in investment operations, investment reporting, or a similar function

• Experience within the insurance industry will be an advantage

• Prior exposure to Investment-Linked Products (ILP) is preferred

• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, financial reporting, and investment operations

• Meticulous, analytical, and able to investigate discrepancies independently

• Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
