Job Description
- Support daily client performance reporting processes and handle performance-related enquiries.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy of client performance reports.
- Support daily position reconciliation between core banking and portfolio management systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers on controls, reports, and customised statements.
- Assist with new initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and mandatory training obligations.
- Promote strong risk awareness, integrity, and adherence to policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management operations.
- Strong understanding of client performance reporting methodologies (valuation, performance calculation, contribution/attribution, cost price).
- Working knowledge of core banking systems and performance reporting platforms (e.g. T24, Triple'A or similar).
- Good understanding of asset classes and booking processes, with the ability to assess impact on valuation and performance.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong analytical and presentation skills.
