Job Description

Our client, a global high-growth developer of sustainable digital infrastructure, is seeking an experienced Investment Manager (Acquisitions) to drive site sourcing, transaction execution, and strategic expansion across Europe and other priority international markets.

As this organisation accelerates its global footprint, this role plays a pivotal part in securing development sites and resources that anchor long-term growth in both digital-infrastructure and renewable-energy pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of site and project acquisitions, from origination and evaluation through to structuring and financial close.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial terms with corporate partners, government authorities, and land or resource owners to secure development rights.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with brokers, advisors, and key stakeholders within the European digital-infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—including finance, legal, tax, and technical—to support due diligence, modelling, documentation, and overall deal execution.
  • Oversee compliance and engagement with regulatory bodies, planning authorities, and government agencies.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and strategic recommendations to support long-term business planning and investment decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or CFA qualification is advantageous.
  • 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure, real-estate development, or corporate finance, preferably with exposure to data centres, industrial parks, or large-scale development projects.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, structuring, and executing acquisitions and handling complex cross-border transactions.
  • Strong capability in financial modelling, commercial negotiation, transaction structuring, and due-diligence processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with fluency in English and experience working with Asian business cultures.
