Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Asset Investment Manager to support the overseas investment and asset management portfolio of a leading global logistics group. The successful candidate will be involved in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in logistics real estate and related infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential logistics asset acquisition and investment opportunities.
- Conduct and coordinate financial, legal, and operational due diligence.
- Build and review financial models including DCF analysis, sensitivity analysis, and IRR calculations.
- Participate in transaction structuring, negotiation, and deal execution.
- Work with asset operations teams to monitor post-investment performance, including rental income and occupancy rates.
- Prepare asset performance reviews and propose improvement strategies.
- Conduct market and regulatory research, prepare analysis reports, and support investment strategy planning.
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Logistics Management, or related fields.
- Additional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CPM will be beneficial.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investment, M&A, infrastructure, or logistics real estate.
- Knowledge of the European logistics market is advantageous.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Familiarity with logistics operations, asset transactions, and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, due to business communication and reporting requirements.
