Aument Capital Partners, based in Singapore, is a multi-family office serving global entrepreneurs. It connects partners with unique investment opportunities worldwide to enhance transparency and capital efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
1. Work with the CEO to source and manage a pipeline of attractive private equity and private
debt investment opportunities suited to the private wealth investor class.
2. Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare / present investment proposals to the
investment committee.
3. Coordinate the entire transaction process including due diligence, structuring, negotiation,
funding and completion.
4. Collaborate effectively with the fund management and client services teams to ensure a
seamless experience for partners and investors.
5. Generally, ensure adherence of all investment practices to relevant regulatory requirements.
6. Regularly monitor, measure and assess portfolio performance against benchmarks and
implement strategies to enhance asset value.
7. Maintain a strong network with external stakeholders and market the company's service
offering to potential partners and investors.
Required Skills
1. Deal Structuring & Execution Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, legal
documentation, negotiation, coordination and stakeholder management.
2. Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is required, other
languages desirable);
3. Organization High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong time
management;
4. Interpersonal Skills Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with senior
stakeholders of potential targets and across the industry;
5. Ethical Conduct High integrity, responsibility and adherence to confidentiality and data
privacy standards when handling business information.
Qualifications / Experience
1. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; CFA or
similar qualification is desirable.
2. Experience 8-10 years prior experience in mid-market private equity, venture capital or
corporate finance. Exposure to multiple asset-classes is highly preferred.
