Investment Manager/Vice President (Asia Focus)

Location: Singapore

The Opportunity

We are working with a leading institutional investment platform to identify an Investment Manager / Vice President to join its Asia investment team.

The role will focus on identifying and executing investment opportunities across Asia Pacific, with a preference for candidates from real estate and infrastructure, while also considering strong private equity and investment banking profiles with relevant APAC transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and evaluate investment opportunities across Asia.
• Lead the full deal lifecycle, from due diligence and financial analysis through structuring, negotiation and closing
• Develop investment theses and present recommendations to the Investment Committee
• Manage relationships with management teams, advisors and other transaction counterparties
• Take an active role in portfolio management and value creation
• Build and maintain a strong network across the APAC investment ecosystem
• Contribute to broader investment initiatives and support the development of junior team members

Ideal Candidate

• 8–15 years of relevant experience with a strong transaction and origination track record
• Background in real estate, infrastructure, private equity or investment banking
• Strong experience across Asia Pacific, ideally with meaningful regional deal exposure
• Experience in data centres / digital infrastructure is a plus
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis skills
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to independently drive transactions
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
