Investment Management Associate

We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and driven Investment Management Associate to join our Singapore team. This is a high-impact role where you will support the full investment lifecycle, from originating and underwriting off-market opportunities to portfolio monitoring and exit.

You will work directly with the leadership team, gaining a broad exposure to real estate and corporate finance transactions. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a boutique environment and is eager to handle both the analytical rigor of deal execution and the strategic elements of corporate finance advisory.

Key Responsibility

. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical analysis and financial modeling for all investment related matters.

. Conduct due diligence, including the review of contracts, financial statements, and market benchmarks.

. Prepare investment memos and internal reports to support the Investment Committee's decision-making process.

. Assist in the structuring and documentation of new deals, including the preparation of term sheets and credit memos.

. Coordinate with internal leadership and external stakeholders, such as legal counsel, to ensure smooth deal closure and regulatory compliance.

. Support the administrative and regulatory requirements of fund management and administration.

. Monitor portfolio performance and maintain accurate trackers for AUM, capital exposure, and project timelines.

. Execute corporate finance advisory mandates, including detailed due diligence, deal structuring, and post-investment management.
