Key Responsibilities

. Learn portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies

. Analyse global financial markets and investment trends

. Assist in designing investment solutions for clients

. Support senior advisers in portfolio reviews and client servicing

. Participate in client meetings and investment discussions

. Build relationships with new clients through networking and referrals

. Develop knowledge across investment funds, equities, fixed income, and structured solutions

. Stay updated on macroeconomic developments and market movements

Training & Development

Trainees will receive structured development including:

. Investment fundamentals and portfolio construction

. Financial market analysis

. Client advisory and relationship management

. Sales and communication skills

. Estate and wealth planning concepts

. Licensing preparation (CMFAS modules)
