Job Purpose / Role
We are looking for an Investment Data Analyst located in Singapore covering the APAC time zone who is able to take over service ownership and support the continuous improvement of our operational processes.
We are responsible for delivering reliable services in a dynamic environment to support the reporting and decision-making process of one of the world's leading financial institutions. In this role you will gain deep insights into the underlying data model of a major financial company, from a technical as well as a business perspective.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the further development of our automated routines to harmonize investment data from a variety of internal and external data sources
- Perform quality assurance of all relevant data sets (investment, company and portfolio) for providing downstream services with high-quality data
- Proactively identify process improvements and work with experts from other departments to ensure the continuous improvement of our services
- Perform data investigations related to complex client inquiries
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify data needs and ensure data accuracy
- Drive the definition of KPIs and steering of our service provider to effectively run our day-to-day Operations
- Participate in projects, e.g. to implement new client requirements or onboard new data sources
Key Requirements / Skills / Experience
- University degree in mathematics, economics, business administration, finance and/or equivalent experience in finance
- In-depth financial know-how, especially in the context of investment data and capital markets
- High IT and data affinity as well as experience in data analysis, preferably with relational databases (SQL, PL/SQL)
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies
- Proactivity, creativity and strong sense of responsibility and service attitude
- Experience in working with or management of service providers is an advantage
- Team player mentality and problem-solving mentality
