About the Job

Prepare and update standardized pitchbooks along with a variety of promotional collateral for business development efforts.
Consolidate and format dataset inputs using customized spreadsheet templates to present product details precisely within client decks.
Draft and complete due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and information requests detailing the firm's operational model and investment strategies.
Verify that all marketing and sales assets maintain high accuracy, remain up to date, and strictly adhere to regulatory and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with sales, investment, risk, compliance, and operations teams to enrich and manage a centralized repository of pre-sales information.
Collate, write, and refine investment and corporate content to ensure standardized, accurate responses across all proposal materials.
Maintain a robust knowledge base to ensure prompt fulfillment of portfolio inquiries, questionnaires, and client proposals.
Support the integration of automated solutions and AI tools to optimize the creation and delivery of marketing assets.

Skills and Requirements

Solid understanding of financial markets and investment concepts, preferably with a background in asset management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly spreadsheet-based data manipulation tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex business and investment capabilities clearly.
Aptitude for process optimization, with an interest in adopting automated and AI-assisted workflows.
Ability to engage effectively with multi-disciplinary stakeholders across investment, operations, and compliance divisions.
