Investment Compliance Lead - Digital Assets Platform

A leading digital asset and investment platform is hiring a Lead, Investment Compliance to own and evolve the compliance framework across its Singapore-regulated investment businesses.

This is a senior, hands-on second-line role covering investment products, fund management, capital markets, exchange activity and digital assets. You'll be responsible for translating MAS requirements into practical policies, controls and governance frameworks across the business, while supporting new products and investment strategies as the platform continues to expand.

A key part of the mandate will be ensuring traditional investment compliance frameworks can effectively accommodate tokenised products and digital asset activity. You'll also own the firm's regulatory engagement on investment compliance matters, including MAS inspections, thematic reviews, licensing changes and regulatory submissions.

We're looking for 8+ years of experience in compliance, legal or regulatory roles within a MAS-regulated capital markets, asset management, brokerage, exchange or private banking environment, with at least 3 years at manager level or above. Strong knowledge of the SFA and MAS regulatory framework is essential, alongside hands-on experience across product compliance and investment-related controls.

The strongest candidates will bring exposure to fund management, exchange or market operator compliance, custody/client assets, derivatives or digital assets/tokenisation. Experience across both traditional capital markets and digital assets would be particularly relevant, as would exposure to Hong Kong, ADGM or other international regulatory regimes. Mandarin is also advantageous.
