Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistant to support the Investment Banking Asia and additional team support as required
- Heavy client interaction with high-level executives; act as liaison with clients and their assistants
- Maintain executives calendar, schedule all meetings and conference calls, field e-mails and phone calls requesting meetings, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
- Telephone coverage, take accurate messages, handle urgent/confidential calls with appropriate judgment; back-up other lines, as needed, for bankers and colleagues
- Prepare and submit all expense reports on Concur
- Able to work well remotely with bankers when they are traveling
- Coordinate significant travel both domestic and international
Requirements:
- With around 5+ years experience, preferably in an Executive Assistant role for the Investment Banking division
- Experience in supporting a team across a range of seniority levels
- Strong working knowledge of Concur, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues
- Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Proactive and anticipatory
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
