Investment Banking Associate - Private Funds Group (PFG)

We're looking for someone who can:

be part of a business that provides integrated advisory and fundraising solutions for private equity firms, secondary market participants and real estate owners, developers and investors

be involved in complex secondary advisory assignments across a broad range of industries (our clients represent all sectors generalist, financial services, tech, energy, consumer products, real estate, etc.) and investment perspectives (buyout, growth equity, venture, special situations, emerging markets, etc.)

conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative analyses on private equity firms, institutional investors and their respective portfolio strategies

effectively position and communicate our client's investment case to potential investors

develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options and recommend strategies to meet client goals

generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward

identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside colleagues and investors

join a high-performing team of like-minded professionals with the drive to contribute to the fast-growing secondary market and build a track record of deals
