Investment Banking Associate - Private Funds Group (PFG)

We're looking for someone who can:

• be part of a business that provides integrated advisory and fundraising solutions for private equity firms, secondary market participants and real estate owners, developers and investors

• be involved in complex secondary advisory assignments across a broad range of industries (our clients represent all sectors – generalist, financial services, tech, energy, consumer products, real estate, etc.) and investment perspectives (buyout, growth equity, venture, special situations, emerging markets, etc.)

• conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative analyses on private equity firms, institutional investors and their respective portfolio strategies

• effectively position and communicate our client's investment case to potential investors

• develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options and recommend strategies to meet client goals

• generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward

• identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside colleagues and investors

• join a high-performing team of like-minded professionals with the drive to contribute to the fast-growing secondary market and build a track record of deals
