RESPONSIBILITIES:
The work is challenging, and are encouraged to roll up their sleeves, dig into financial statements and construct innovative solutions. Assignments vary depending upon group placement, but typically include:
- Perform detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flows, relative valuations, asset valuations, trading comparables, and transaction comparables
- Prepare financial models and perform financial analysis of companies
- Prepare presentation materials for use in live transaction or strategic client dialogue
- Assist senior bankers on client coverage initiatives
- Execute end-to-end client transactions
- Monitoring the industry for current events, valuations, and important financial information
- Support project coordination including client communication, coordination of advisory team externally and within the bank
- Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions
- Leadership, mentorship and supervision of junior staff
QUALIFICATIONS /SKILLS /REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English and Bahasa highly preferred
- An analytical mindset with solid knowledge of accounting, financial and operational concepts

- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex data, manage multiple projects, provide complicated financial analysis and develop appropriate corporate finance solutions.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences in investment Banking
- Bachelors degree
